Charles “Chuck” J. Voda, 83, of Camp Hill, PA, passed away on Saturday December 7, 2019 at Geisinger-Holy Spirit Hospital, Camp Hill, PA.

He was born on October 3, 1936 in Chicago, IL, he is the son of the late Charles “Chuck” and Ruth H. (Busch) Voda.
Chuck is a graduate of Wheaton Community High School, Wheaton, IL. He is a US Army veteran who served as an MP stationed in Germany during the Occupation of Germany. Chuck was a former Sergeant for the Glen Ellyn Police Department in Illinois. Upon moving to Munhall, PA, he launched his own business, C&C Sales and Service. Chuck was a past member of the Homestead Park United Methodist Church in Munhall, PA. He was a former coach, and past president of the Munhall Girls Softball Association where he spent many years building a program to support the community.
Chuck is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Diane E. (Wakefield) Voda, of Camp Hill, PA; a son, Kevin Voda and his wife Chris, of Plainfield, IL; four daughters, Kim Packard and her husband Jim, of Wheatfield, IN; Tami Gossling, of Oswego, IL; Carie Hayworth and her husband Chuck, of Rockwell, NC; Christi Marshall and her husband Jim, of Ellicott City, MD; and Scott Flahive, of Plainfield, IL; a sister, Carol Ultsch, of Geneva, IL; 14 grandchildren, Kevin (Heather), Kyle and Kody (Alexis) Voda; Clint (Angela) and Mark Packard; Tyler and Aubrey Gossling; Zach, Drew, Megan and Nathan Hayworth; Zach, Alex, and Ryan Marshall; two great grandchildren, Mayson and Kennedy Voda.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter, Cheryl Voda and an aunt, Marion DePiano.
A viewing will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2019 from 9:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. in Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home, 301 Curry Hollow Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15236. Funeral services will be held Saturday, in the funeral home chapel, at 12:00 P.M. with the Rev. Keith Lingsch officiating. Burial will be held following the service in Jefferson Memorial Cemetery.
