Mary Elizabeth Hill-Hartman, 61, of Mechanicsburg, PA, passed away unexpectedly, on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, PA, surrounded by her family.
Mary was born on December 8, 1956, in New Castle, PA, to the late Philip and Jane (Russel) DeCarbo.
After graduating high school, Mary went on to further her education and completed college with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. She retired from IBM as an IT Architect.
She is survived by her loving husband of 16 years, Gregory V. Hartman, of Mechanicsburg, PA; two sons Stephen W. Hill, of Brooklyn, NY, and David P. Hill, of Pittsburgh, PA; a daughter, Elizabeth K. Hill, of Whitehall, PA, and a brother Philip DeCarbo of New Castle, PA.
A Memorial Service will be at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 17, 2018, at the West Shore Baptist Church, 2025 Market St., Camp Hill, PA, with Rev. Frank Frischkorn officiating. A time of reflections and refreshments will be held following the service in fellowship hall at the church. Myers-Harner Funeral & Cremation Services, Camp Hill, PA, has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
